Buddy Eian started Buddy's Kitchen in 1974 and, from that time on, we have been proud of our employees and their
many achievements. The first product manufactured at Buddy's was a frozen prepared omelet for the airline industry. Since that beginning, the
product line has grown to include frozen sandwiches plus breakfast and dinner entrees.
